By submitting your racket for stringing service, you acknowledge that RippnerTennis is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by exceeding recommended tension
- Faulty or worn grommets
- Used strings provided by the customer
- Frame damage — as stringers do not perform any work on the frame during the stringing process
- Personal accessories (e.g., dampeners, bags)
Service Notes
- If you have specific color requirements, please let us know at drop-off. If no color preference is specified, we will use available inventory and cannot guarantee color preference.
- Not all string colors may be available at all times.
- Report stringing issues within 7 days of pickup.
- Rackets left over 60 days may become property of Rippner Tennis.
