How do I book a lesson or clinic?
You can book a lesson or clinic directly through our website’s scheduling tool by visiting the RippnerTennis Account Portal or by downloading our app in the Apple Store or Google Play.
How do I reserve a court?
You can get full details on reserving a court by visiting our Court Reservations Page. Note: All our locations are outdoor facilities.
Do I need to pay for a membership to reserve a class or book a court?
We do not have any membership fees. For all clinics, tennis programming, and online reservations, you will need to create an account with a payment method for registration. Walk-in court reservations do not require an account.
What services does Rippner Tennis offer?
We provide tennis lessons, clinics, and programs for players of all skill levels, including private lessons, group classes, mixers, camps, and a variety of development programs. Additionally, we provide stringing services and sell various racquets and apparel at our pro shops.
Do you offer racquet stringing services?
Yes! We offer professional racquet services, including:
- Standard Stringing: $23 (up to 7 days);
- Express Stringing: $30 (2-3 days);
- Stringing options starting from $10+;
- Re-gripping services; and
- A stocked selection of tennis accessories.
What is your cancellation policy?
For our clinics and lessons, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Our camps and longer-term programs have a longer cancellation policy. For full details, please refer to our Policies page.
How do I use my account credits?
- Payment Option 1. This is the default payment option when you first create your account. You pay for your clinics at the time of registration. If you remove yourself from any clinics outside of our 24 hour cancellation policy, you will receive credit to your account for future classes. To use these credits, you need to email [email protected] with the clinic type, date, and time you would like to book with your credits and we will take care of registration and applying the credits for you.
- Payment Option 2. You can opt-in for the house charge method. This method will allow you to register for clinics online without payment at time of registration, and will bill all of your clinics and lessons the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of each month. On the days that your clinics are billed, the system will automatically use any account credits before it charges your card. This is an opt-in service only, so if you would like to use this method please make sure you have a card on file first, and then email us at [email protected]. Note that this payment is used for accounts with credits, and if you are on this method and use the app to register, you will need to choose the “charge my house account” option at checkout.
How do I register my child instead of the parent?
To register your child for a class or clinic:
- Log in to your RippnerTennis Account Portal;
- Under your Info Profile, add your child as a family member; and
- When registering for a class, be sure to select your child’s name instead of the parent’s name.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, we do! Contact us for more details on purchasing a RippnerTennis Gift Card.
What ages and skill levels do you cater to?
Our programs are designed for players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors.
Do you offer pickleball?
No, we are a tennis-only facility and do not offer pickleball at any of our locations.
