Private Lessons & Class Policies
- 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and class switches are charged in full. Earlier cancellations receive account credit only.
- Adult clinics are for participants ages 16 and up.
- External coaching is not permitted. Only RippnerTennis coaches may provide instruction.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Clinics are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Coach assignments may change without notice.
- Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in loss of reservation.
- Players placed in an incorrect level may be asked to switch classes.
- Visitors and parents are not allowed to be on court at the duration of a clinic.
- For private lessons with two or more players, the host is responsible for the full lesson fee if we do not receive at least 24 hours’ notice from each participating player regarding their attendance.
Weather Policy
- Weather-related cancellations are communicated via email and/or app notifications (needs to be enabled).
- Classes may be canceled for temperatures at or below 32°F or wind chill at or below 30°F.
- Temperatures at or above 105°F may result in cancellation.
- Sustained winds at or above 30 mph may result in cancellation.
- Partial cancellations are charged only for completed session time.

Camp Cancellation Policy
- More than 6 days (144+ hours) before camp start: Full Refund.
- Between 3 and 6 days (72–144 hours) before camp start: 50% Refund.
- Less than 48 hours before camp start: No Refund.
Low Attendance Camp Policy
- If there are 1 to 2 players registered, camp will be shortened to 90 minutes.
- If there are 3 players registered, camp duration will be reduced to 2 hours.
