Private Lessons & Class Policies

24-hour cancellation policy: late cancellations will be charged in full; earlier ones receive account credit only.
External coaching is not allowed—RippnerTennis coaches only.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Clinics are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Coach assignments may change without notice.
Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may lose reservation.
Incorrect class placement may result in being asked to switch levels.

Weather Policies

Weather-related cancellations are communicated via email.
Classes may be canceled for temperatures ≤ 32°F or wind chill ≤ 30°F.
Temperature ≥ 105°F may result in cancellation.
Sustained winds ≥ 30 mph may result in cancellation.
Partial cancellations will be charged only for completed session time.

Low Attendance Clinic Policy

1-Hour Clinics

1 player	45 minutes

1.5-Hour Clinics

Players Attending	Adjusted Duration
3 or more	1.5 hours
2 players	1 hour
1 player	45 minutes

High Intensity 1.5-Hour Clinics

2 or more	1.5 hours
1 player	1 hour

2-Hour Extended Clinics

Players Attending	Adjusted Duration
3 or more	2 hours
2 players	1 hour 15 minutes
1 player	45 minutes

Camp Cancellation Policy

1 week+ notice: full credit issued
3–6 days notice: 50% credit issued
2 days or less: no credit or refund

Low Attendance CAMP Policy:

If there are 1-2 players per camp, the camp will be shortened to 90 minutes.
If there are 3 players per camp, the camp duration will be reduced to 2 hours.

Privacy Policy
