Fall Session Dates:

SPRING

Session 1: January 7th – February 10th

Session 2: February 11th – March 17th

Session 3: March 25th – April 28th

Session 4: April 29th – June 1st

Days Offered During each Session:

Monday-Thursday: 5:00pm-7:30pm

MINIMUM 2 DAYS A WEEK

Class Description:

  • This Program is an intensive tournament training curriculum designed for competitive players currently battling through the USTA Sectional and National system. It is designed for players and their families who are fully committed to their training, development, and competition.
  • The training is two and half hours per class, and it includes intensive work of dynamic stretching, technical, tactical, and strategic training, coached match play, mental toughness training, game plan and strategy development and a required thirty-minute fitness session.
  • Limited to players in qualified (Champ or Super Champ) divisions ages 12-18.
