High Performance Camp

The High Performance Camp includes high intensity training for the most tournament committed students. Each camp day will include footwork development, range of motion exercises, and core strength training. Students will training their tennis game using the Five Competitive Situations (rallying, net approaching, defending the attack, serving, and returning). Each class will involve match play and a discussion on the Severn Qualities of a Champion (Determination, Toughness, Respect, Resiliency, Professionalism, Engagement, and Confidence). Players in these camps are accustomed to navigating the USTA tournament calendar and should be entering the CATA Gran Prix, Challengers, CMZ’s, SMCZ’s, and local open events.

Monday – Thursday: 11:00am – 3:00pm

Week #2 = June 11th – 14th
Week #3 = June 18th – 21st
Week #4 = June 25th – 28th
